防范“核恐怖主义”

继2010年华盛顿首届核安全峰会后，包括中国国家主席胡锦涛在内的全球50多个国家和国际组织的领导人及代表26日至27日齐聚首尔举行第二次核安全峰会，围绕防范核恐怖主义活动、确保核材料与核设施安全、打击核材料走私等问题进行深入讨论。
