This word is a derivative from brainstorming, which is a group creativity technique where efforts are made to find a conclusion for a specific problem by gathering a list of ideas spontaneously contributed by its members.

这个词是由brainstorming衍生而来，brainstorming是一种集体创意方式，一个团队的人集中在一起就某一个具体问题的解决方式提出各自的想法，即“头脑风暴”。
