北京英语口语证书考试（Beijing Oral English Certificate，简称BOEC）由北京市教育委员会和北京教育考试院于2002年正式实施。自开发以来已有近50万人次参加考试，得到了社会各行业、企业以及用人部门的认可，也推动了中高级英语教学改革和双证书人才培养模式的构建。
北京英语口语证书考试是一项以语言交际能力为核心，只强调口语的测评体系。考试分三个级别，初级定位为：日常英语我会说；中级定位为：岗位英语我能讲；高级定位为：职场英语我会用。考生不受年龄、职业及教育程度限制，均可根据自己的英语水平报名参加任一级别的考试。通过考试的考生将获得由北京英语口语证书培训考试领导小组、北京市教育委员会、北京教育考试院统一颁发的北京英语口语证书。
北京英语口语证书考试（BOEC）报名方式：www.bjeea.edu.cn 非学历考试BOEC报考。
4月考试具体安排为：
报名时间：3月16日至3月30日，
考试时间：4月21日，
考点：北京市教育考试招生服务中心（海淀区志新东路9号北四环志新桥向北150米路西D座三层）。
5月考试具体安排为：
报名时间：4月2日至12日，
考试时间：5月19、20日，
考点：全市各考点（详见报名网站）。
报名费：初级：55元，中级：75元，高级：100元。
