Happiness, like cholesterol level, is a genetically influenced trait. Yet as cholesterol is also influenced by diet and exercise, so our happiness is to some extent under our personal control.

1. Realize that enduring happiness doesnt come from financial success.

4. Seek work and leisure that engages your skills.

5. Join the movement movement.

6. Give your body the sleep it wants.

7. Give priority to close relationships.

优先考虑亲密的朋友。

8. Focus beyond self.

不要只关注自我，多做有益于他人的事。

9. Be grateful.

心存感激。

10. Nurture your spiritual self.

培养积极的精神、态度。
