A few more spoliers on Grey\'s Anatomy Season 6 Premiere have trickled down from Shondaland, thanks to TV Guide\'s Matt Mitovich.

In response to whether or not there\'s anything new to report on season six, Mitovich dropped the following tidbits into our eager hands:

* The premiere will start where we left off, and not a few months in the future.

* George and Izzie will still be coding when we pick things up again.

* All of this will weigh very heavily on the doctors at Seattle Grace.

* "Including at least one doctor whose reaction you may have taken for granted."

It sounds like the season premiere is going to be a big tear-jerker and so I think stocking up on Kleenex would be wise.
