2015考研英语词汇复习：国际招标/投标词汇

　　招标与投标是一种贸易方式的两个方面，投标是根据招标条件在规定的时间内向招标者发出的实盘报价。招标方式一股用于大型的成批商品或小型的大批商品或承建工程项目及交钥匙工程等。

　　国际公开招投标通常有以下程序：

　　招标：刊登招标广告，编制招标文件 对投票者进行资格审查。

　　投标：购买招标书，编制投标文件 递送投标文件。

　　开标：根据招标规定的时间和地点，在投标者们在场的情况下，当众拆开投标书宣布价格条款及交贷日期，其余内容不予公开。为了竞争，投标者可经主持人同意，当场修改价格及交货日期，以示竞争。

　　中标：招标者从若干份投标书中择优选定交易对象依照标书中的合同条款签约。
