　　例：Net profits slumped by 41%.

　　2. unaffordable a. 买不起的，负担不起的

　　例：The patient had incomplete treatment because of the unaffordable medical fees.

　　由于无法负担医疗费用，这位病人无法接受完整的治疗。

　　【语法】with + n./pron. + v-ing：这一结构在句子中作伴随状语，说明情况，现在分词表示主动或正在进行的动作。
