　　在日常交往中，我们总会因为这样那样的原因犯一些错误，对此，我们就应该说一些抱歉的话。西方人非常注重语言上的礼貌，我们如果留意，就会发现BBC或者节目里的主持人经常会因语言上的打嗑而说 sorry。因为直率，所以道歉要及时说出才能得到谅解，这是西方文化与东方文化的不同之处。英语情景对话中，道歉及应答的语句通常有：
