　　My View on Discipline

　　Almost all of the foreigner investment companies believe that company need to be discipline first, then efficiency.But how do they do?

　　几乎所有的外资企业都奉承企业先要有纪律才有效率，但是他们是怎么做的呢?

　　Firstly, leaders should exactly do what they have said, that is the beginning of the discipline, and it will impact the reputation of the company. If every employee of the company can do what they said, the discipline teams can be built.

　　领导者说话算数、说到做到，是纪律的开始，影响所及，团队成员每一个人都说到做到，纪律团队就形成了。

　　Secondly, the leaders of the company must be careful about the order they transmit making it, please think and think carefully, otherwise, once has given the order, but no execution, the organizations discipline will not be exist.

　　领导者自己也要小心谨慎，下令前一定要思考再三，否则一旦令出不行，组织的纪律当场荡然无存。

　　Finally, the discipline is part of the company culture, how to standard the companys discipline, is a large knowledge, since discipline is exist companys invisible culture, is part of the organization, that require every employee be credit and said to do.

　　纪律是组织文化的一部分,如何规范团队的纪律，是极大的学问，因为纪律是组织中的无形氛围，是组织文化的一部分，要求每一个人都讲信用、说到做到。
