　　My View on Discipline

　　Almost all of the foreigner investment companies believe that company need to be discipline first, then efficiency.But how do they do?

　　领导者自己也要小心谨慎，下令前一定要思考再三，否则一旦令出不行，组织的纪律当场荡然无存。
