　　麦克:Bill, can you understand what I said?

　　比尔.我讲的能听懂吗?

　　比尔:I am afraid I can`t.

　　听不懂.

　　麦克:What`s your problem?

　　哪儿听不懂呢?

　　比尔:I`m not sure about this point.

　　这一点我拿不准.

　　麦克:That point? It`s easy if you understand Chapter 3.

　　哪一点?第三章听懂了就比较容易了.

　　比尔:I`m sorry I was absent last week when you taught Chapter 3.

　　对不起.上周您讲第三章时我没有来.

　　麦克:Is that so?

　　是吗?

　　比尔:I was ill in bed for a week. Can you spare some time to explain it to me?

　　我请了一个星期的病假.你能抽空给我讲讲吗?

　　麦克:No problem.

　　没问题.

　　比尔:When can I come to you?

　　我什么时候去找您?

　　麦克:I`m going to have a meeting this afternoon. What do you say to tomorrow morning?

　　我今天下午要开会.明天上午怎么样?

　　比尔:OK. I`ll come to your office tomorrow morning.

　　好啊.明天上午我去您办公室找您.

　　麦克:But do remember to give me a call before coming to my office.

　　但一定记住来之前给我打个电话.

　　比尔:OK.

　　好.
