教育部日前公布了《2007年普通高等学校招生全国统一考试英语、日语、俄语听力考试有关考务要求》，
参加外语科目考试的考生在考前30分钟开始入场，考前15分钟将被禁止入场。
根据教育部2007年普通高等学校招生全国统一考试安排，高考外语科目考试将于6月8日15:00―17:00进行。其中听力考试在外语科目考试开始时进行，不能移至外语科目后半段时间进行。6月8日14:30，考场将组织考生入场，14:45起禁止考生入场。15:00听力考试开始，播放正式考试内容。
根据教育部要求，各考点都要配备进行听力考试需要的播放设备及其备用设备。每个考点要有至少一份备用听力磁带，并要保障听力考试进行时的电力供应。
