听力一定不能临时抱佛脚，平时要多听，看原声电影是不错的方法，又能娱乐又练了听力。另外现在有很多节目都是英文的，比如说海南台的玩转地球，我每天必看，备考时期也不间断。

机经很重要，但不能依赖，尤其是考的时候，千万不能按机经的思路来听，肯定死。机经的顺序不见得对，而且也不一定就是正确答案。比较理想的方法是，自己听，填完答案后按机经核对。

个人觉得雅思的听力比较清晰，口音不明显，所以练习时没有必要听口音很杂的段子，倒是把听力练坏了，我平时只听标准伦敦音和美音，像有些印度音和其他国家的口音听来太费劲，不练也罢。像中文，我就听不懂地方口音的普通话。
总之大家不要怕，雅思只是纸老虎，只要准备充分就能考好。其实我的底子不太好，大家别笑，英语我只过了四级，而且复习只是自己练，没上任何培训班也没求过高人指点，就是看无忧雅思，所以在这儿谢了无忧雅思的各位
