Summary是近期出题比较频繁的一类题目，也是许多考生很头疼的一种题型。在一篇千字左右的文章中要找到一两个既符合句法又合句意的单词确非易事，更何况空格前后的表达与原文并不完全一样，90%都是对原文的释义。但summary常考的填空是有规律的，主要是围绕文章中的比较、因果、转折、搭 配等逻辑关系。所以与其说填空题是在找单词，不如说是把表示这些逻辑关系的信号词找到。相对于众多的实义词，这些信号词是有限的，如result in/ to do/give rise to等多表示目的或结果，from/ the origin of/ be based on 等多表示原因.
