Keeping healthy is the eternal topics for human beings. With the increase of the figure for obesity and nameless illnesses, more and more people begin to pay attention on their styles of life and correct the bad habits which bring damages to their life. Doing more exercises is the priority to most of people, such as shadowboxing, jogging, dancing and so on. Eating more vegetables and less fast food or junk food is one of methods of keeping healthy. New items, including Yoga, belly dancing and pole dancing, are very popular among the young. Different ways is used by various aged groups, but they have the same aim , that is to keep young, active and healthy.
