　　My cell phone has no signal here. 我的手机在这儿没信号。

　　Youre breaking up. Hang up. I will call you back. 信号断断续续的，先挂上，我再打给你。

　　中途断线: dropped call.

　　手机快没电了: My cell phone is running out of battery. 也可以说 My cell phone is running out of juice.

　　手机完全没电了. My phone ran out of battery.

　　手机正充电呢 Im charging it.
