I am a big table tennis fan, even though I am not very good at playing table ten nis myself. I love to watch the game on TV. I have played table tennis whenever I get a chance since I studied in the middle school. Playing table tennis not only refreshes my body and makes me mentally alert ,and ready and eager to engage in the work of the day. In addition, a reasonable amount of exercise prepares the body for a good nights sleep. However, over-indulgence in physical exercise can do more harm than good. Because it will make you too tired to stay awake during the work.
