　　利用形容词比较级加Whats more来表示递进关系的段落承接;

　　What is more,Chinais getting ever hungrier .

　　Whats worse, whats more obvious , whats funnier,

　　Whats worse, the increase of people of this age group will cause more troubles to the educational system.

　　利用反义词来表示转折。

　　Not all observers, however, think that Chinas unstinting appetite for commodities is super.

　　However, imported food is not always making people feel better.

　　评判上文表示转折：

　　This argument ignores the benefits thatChinas commodities binge brings, not only to poor countries, but also to some rich ones, such as Australia.

　　用still，however等转折

　　Still,Chinas hunger for natural resources is creating plenty of problems.

　　前半句总结上文，下半句提出新观点。

　　That may sound like a minor change, but the implications are dramatic.

　　The nutrition concept sounds like a persuading point, but the hazards are also obvious.

　　转折表递进：讲某事对别的事情的影响。

　　These are not just inconveniences , but also an enormous drag on society.

　　These are not just daily necessities, but also a promotion of peoples appearance .
