一直坚信雅思听力的得分关键在于审题，所谓的预听、listen for就是在审题。这项工作完全在于听之外，却尤为重要。
审题审什么?审题的作用又是什么呢?
一、审清题目要求
有的学生考试之前看题目，却忽视题目要求。然而通过题目要求你不仅可以得知此项的题型，更重要的是可以把握题目的答题要求。通常雅思的听力部分对于填空题，会有字数要求。到底所填内容是No more than Three words, Two words还是One word，一定要看清，强烈建议看见字数要求的数就圈出来;对于选择题，也会出现单选、多选不同的要求。如果忽略了这种基本的题目要求，即使听出了正确答案，也会导致回答错误。
二、审清题干
曾经有学生问我，做选择题的时候只看选项不看题目行不行?个人认为，题干是很重要的信息，对于我们预听很有好处。选择题，通过所有题干的内容，首先你可以知道即将听到的文章谈论的是什么主题，大概围绕哪些问题展开，有助于你对文章产生初步认知，从而可以在大脑中迅速扫描相关场景词汇;其次可以通过预听了解出题点，圈画出信号词和限定词，这样可以提高听力效率，有针对性地听，找答案，并且避免未审限定词而落入陷阱。
其他题型审题的意义跟目标也都是同样的道理，都是要通过审题这一容易被忽略的步骤把握题目的整体走向，从而不仅为接下来的作答节省时间，而且也避免了很多错误的发生。
