warm
The weather is a bit warmer today. (warm用作形容词,意思为“温暖的,暖和的”,是教材中的用法。)
除了上面的用法外,warm还有下列几种用法。
My mother is a very warm person. (warm用作形容词,意思为“热心的,友好的”。)
I warmed myself at the fire. (warm用作动词,意思为“使温暖,使暖和”。)
Please warm up the milk. (warm用作动词,意思为“使变热,热一热”。)
