共同监护权(joint custody)

明星们的婚姻问题从来都是娱乐圈受人关注的焦点。好几年前，最轰动的离婚事件就是谢霆锋和张柏芝正式公开发布离婚声明，称二人将共同承担一对儿子的抚养权。

报道中的joint custody即“共同监护权，是指离婚或分居的父母双方共同抚育其未成年子女的一种抚养方式。子女的监护权包括legal custody(法定监护权)和physical custody(生活监护权)。在父母离婚或分居的情况下，一般会判决一方获取子女的监护权，即sole custody，而另一方获得则获得visitation(探视权)。

闹了三个多月的marital crisis(婚姻危机)随着一纸声明终于收场。张柏芝和谢霆锋在2006年tie the knot(喜结连理)。而今年5月有关两人的离婚传闻愈演愈烈，直至最终分道扬镳。
