B: I am as strong as a horse. A little bit of cold air won’t hurt me.

A: 你不戴帽子就出门？会感冒的。

【语言点精讲】

as strong as a horse: 形容非常健壮，非常健康。
catch a cold: 染上感冒。
to put on some pounds: 指体重增加。常有某人过于瘦弱，应该增加体重的含义。
waist: 腰部。
