It’s Jessica Smith calling. I’d like to have a telephone installed.
Will this be a residential or commercial phone line?
Residential. What’s the difference?
Well, different charges. Residential is cheaper than commercial. What’s your address?

I’ll send someone to do it this Friday morning around 10:00. Is that ok?

Yes. I’ll be home by then.
