I hear that ... “我听说……”。great “出色的”、 “杰出的”。golfer “高尔夫球手”。

take it easy “放松”、 “轻松地做”。

I hear that you’re quite a golfer.

quite a ... “不一般的”、 “很(出色的)”。

Rumor has it you’re good at golf.

rumor “传言”。be good at ... “擅长……”、 “……很好”。

他对打高尔夫球很热衷。

He’s crazy about golf.

(他对打高尔夫球很热衷。)

He’s a great player, too.

(他打得也的确不错。)

crazy about 是口语， “沉迷于……”、 “热衷于……”。

He’s hooked on golf.

He loves golf.

He’s a golf-maniac.

He’s a golfaholic.

(他是高尔夫球迷。)

他的高尔夫球打得很好。

He plays at par.

(他的高尔夫球打得很好。)

I’m impressed.

(真了不起。)

每个洞都打标准杆数，意思也就是说高尔夫球打得很好。

impress “给(人)深刻印象”。

a scratch player “不让分也不加分的运动员”。
