We got to get something to eat for the kids.

得给孩子们买点儿吃的。

Edward：

They only like to eat candy.

他们只喜欢吃甜食。

May：

Yeah, that's why we have to find something else to divert their attention. Will jellies work?

是啊，所以咱们得找点儿其他吃的，可以转移他们的注意力。果冻行吗?

Edward：

Well, I don't think it's a good idea. I heard jellies are dangerous for children because they can choke on them.

嗯，不行吧。不是有报道说小孩儿吃果冻太危险吗?他们很容易被噎着。

May：

So…fruit?

那……水果?

Edward：

Yeah, fruit is our last resort. Thank god they don't hate fruit.

嗯，水果是我们最后的希望啦，幸亏他们不讨厌吃水果。

May：

That ought to satisfy their sweet tooth.

水果吃够了，应该就不那么想吃甜食了。
