Boss, do you have a minute?

Boss：

Sure. What's up?

Linda：

After working here for 5 years already, I've noticed newer collegues receive promotions while I have not.

Boss：

Linda, you are a hard-worker. But not everyone is fit for working at the managerial level.

You mean that I wouldn't be a good leader.

Boss：
