What do they do? 他们是做什么的，他们是什么职业，跟同事讨论自己家人的职业。

Bob: How many brothers and sisters do you have, Clare?

鲍勃：克莱，你有几个兄弟姐妹?

Clare: I've got two brothers and one sister.

克莱：我有两个哥哥一个姐姐。

Bob: And what do they do?

鲍勃：他们是做什么的?

Clare: My older brother is a journalist, he works for the Washington Post. The other one is an accountant, he works at a steel factory. My sister is a secretory, she works at a company which deals in IBM electronic products.

克莱：我大哥诗歌资讯记者，他为华盛顿邮报工作。另一个是个会计，在一个钢厂工作。我姐姐是一个秘书，在一家经营IBM电子产品的公司工作。

Bob: What about your father? What does he do?

鲍勃：你爸爸呢?他做什么?

Clare: Oh, he's an architect, he works for a architectural company.

克莱：噢，他诗歌建筑师，在一家建筑公司工作。

Bob: Does your mother workd too?

鲍勃：你妈妈也工作么?

Clare: No, she is a housewife.

克莱：不，她诗歌家庭主妇。
