如何选择自己的推荐人

既然推荐信在找工作的时候有重要的作用，那么你一定要慎重选择写推荐信的人。

请这些人写推荐信的时候一定要注意：Striking just the right tone in writing is not an easy thing to do, and even a CEO might not have the talent to write an effective reference letter. One or more of your references might draw a blank when asked to write a letter of recommendation, so they might be glad you offered. The person you asked might be glad you did. It will also give you at least some control over the outcome. A poorly written reference letter will likely hurt more than help.
