有时候要辞职面对一起工作很久的同事或者老板,是很难说出口的。那么本期节目教大家如何表达我要辞职、我要离开。注意哦,辞职一定要提前打招呼,不要说走就走,要给别人留出时间找人补充你的空位。

辞职的礼仪修养
年终跳槽似乎已成为一种职场现象。尽管有年终奖、年终礼品,还有来年看得见的职位提升,可还是有人等不及过了春节,选择了“年终大逃亡”:交上辞职信就走人。因为新公司画了个更大更圆的饼,因为新公司急着有业务要开展。
于是提早30天交辞职的规定也就顾不上了,旷工就旷工吧,估计新公司也已经允诺了一定的补偿。可是,世界很大也很小,更何况同在一个抬头不见低头见的职场混,一个成熟的职场中人,应该在辞职之时多考虑一下自己的离开对原公司可能造成的冲击,更应该考虑降低自己的辞职成本。
其实辞职是一种艺术。当你决定辞职,不仅对你自己有影响,对同事对上司,甚至对部门都会有影响。所以,最好的做法是直接跟主管提辞呈,而且诚实地说明辞职的原因。有些人可能会选择欺骗,这种逃避的方法短期或许可以避免尴尬,可万一很快“穿帮”,给原公司发现真相,难保你的未来信誉不受影响。
第二步,你应该与主管讨论,什么时候让同事们知道,以及如何将工作合理移交。有的公司为便于工作有严谨的代理人制度,交接过程会容易一些。如果没有这样的制度,那你在走人之前有5件事是非做不可的。
1.如果你想把属于自己的档案带走,交辞职信前就应该处理好。离开前匆匆忙忙地准备,难逃“瓜田李下”之嫌。
2.任何资料要带走,先确认是否有知识产权问题,伤害原公司利益的事情不要做。
3.若是进入原公司的竞争公司,尽量少谈原公司的竞争策略与业务机密。谈论这些虽然可能会暂时性地讨得新主的欢心,甚至可能因此提高自己的薪酬与职位,但更会因此而落个背叛与出卖的恶名。
4.避免以负面方式谈论原公司,这会影响你在行业内的声誉。
5.不要积极挖原公司的人进新公司,否则新公司虽然短期获益,却会令新公司对你渐生防范之心,怕你再度离职时再挖墙角。
所以,纵使你对公司有强烈不满,离职要低调。因为外人很难搞清楚到底发生了什么,弄得满城风雨,不免让人质疑你的EQ和为人处事的方法。
既然想除旧布新,不妨调整心态,一切向前看,这样,你才能在新的工作环境里有更好的发展。
