网络求职工具、技巧和资源
Male: What resources, tools or strategies can I use in my job search?
Louise: I mentioned earlier that most people find their jobs through a personal friend or a connection or a professional associate, a network as we call it. Networking is the most important skill that you can build for your job search and for your ongoing professional development in career success. There’s a little bit of confusion about what networking is. Some people think of it as a dirty work, something they don’t want to do. All that it means is building relationships, connecting to people, asking people for the right things so that they want to help you, letting your friends and your associates help you, being willing to help them, being generous with what you have to offer, and building a network of people who are in your corner on your side and willing to help you and refer you for those positions that they think you’re a good fit for.
