但是外企的英语面试可不是想象中那么好攻克的，不具备很强的英语技能和一定的英语面试技巧，是很难叩开外企大门的。西岸英语有着多年职场英语教学经验的老师表示，“去外企面试时，应试者的英语口语能力和临场应变能力是外企面试官非常看重的。想要在外企的英语面试中获得面试官的青睐，要做好充分准备。
首先，必须拥有熟练的英语口语能力，能用英语和HR流利自如地沟通，不必掌握太多复杂有难度的词汇，简单明了，让面试官能听明白你所要表达的内容。
其次，要对自己所应聘公司的背景做一番详细的了解，包括业务当中所涉及的专业词汇以及商务术语等，从而给自己的专业形象增加分数。
最后，要有明确的职业规划，知道自己的优势和劣势，这是外企HR非常看重的一点，所以在面试之前就要把这些问题想清楚，如果连自己都不知道自己的发展方向，那么HR就更无能为力了。
