[口语]你有“选择焦虑症”吗？

有的人就是天生的纠结帝，小到中午吃饭去哪吃，大到毕业是要考研、出国还是工作都得苦思冥想一番，越想越迷茫。对于这些人来说，选择越多，焦虑越多；选择越难以取舍，焦虑越深。

Choice anxiety is induced by the need to choose between similar options and is increasingly being recognized as a problem for individuals.

当你面临太多相似的选择，无法决定的时候产生的焦虑感就叫“选择焦虑（choice anxiety），现在越来越多的人有这种困扰，“选择焦虑症也越来越受到人们的重视。

For example:

I suffer from a terrible choice anxiety, even when I'm having a fanatastic time, because there is always something else I'm missing out on. Life was so much easier when there were fewer options.

我患有严重的选择焦虑症，即使我玩得很开心的时候，我也觉得烦躁，因为总有一些我错失了的东西。我想如果没有这么多选择的话，我的生活会轻松得多。
