今年春天，我把“红娘”的种子撒在窗台的花盆里。现在已经是夏天了，我们家的“红娘”成熟了，真好看！
This spring, I put the seeds of "Hongniang" in the flowerpot on the windowsill. It's summer now. Our "matchmaker" is mature. It's so beautiful!
“红娘”长得很像苦瓜，身上有许许多多的“鸡皮疙瘩”。它还没成熟的时候，跟苦瓜几乎一模一样，可是成熟时它的身体就变成金黄色的了。
"Red Lady" looks like balsam pear, with many goosebumps on her body. It is almost as like as two peas before ripe, but when it is ripe, its body turns golden.
“红娘”的果肉是红色的，你们可别认为它的果肉像菠萝一样一整块的。它的果肉一小粒一小粒分开来，像一颗颗“红宝石”。把一颗颗“红宝石”放入口中，你能感到一点甜味，轻轻一抿，还能抿出种子呢！
The flesh of "Red Lady" is red. Don't think its flesh is as one piece as pineapple. Its flesh is separated from each other like "rubies". Put some rubies into your mouth, you can feel a little sweet, and you can sip the seeds with a little!
最引人注目的是“红娘”的长藤。“红娘”的藤一圈一圈地缠绕着窗户架子，为我们家增添了一道亮丽的风景线。每一个到我家做客的人都会止不住地赞叹道：“你们家的窗户架真美呀！”
The most striking is the "Red Lady" Ivy. "Red Lady" rattan circle by circle around the window shelf, adding a beautiful scenery to our home. Everyone who comes to my house will not stop exclaiming, "what a beautiful window frame you have!"
这就是我种的“红娘”，明年我还要种！
This is my kind of "matchmaker". Next year I will plant it!
