小鸡走在半路上遇到了一条河，“呀，小桥怎么断了，我怎样过去呢？”小鸡自言自语的说。他急得脸都红了，这时鸭先生来了，问：“你怎么了，小鸡？”小鸡说：“鸭先生，桥断了，我过不了河。”鸭先生想了想说：“你先别着急，我来帮你想办法。”鸭先生找来一块木板放到河里，他对小鸡说：“你站到木板上，我推你过去！”就这样小鸡和鸭先生顺利的过了河。

So chicken and duck crossed the river smoothly.
上岸后，小鸡万分感激地说：“鸭先生，谢谢你的帮助！”鸭先生说：“不用谢，你要记住以后遇到困难时，千万别着急，只要多动脑筋，就一定会想出好办法的！”
