今天，我们全家去游泳馆游泳。我们来到游泳池，池里的人真多呀！我套上游泳圈，噗通一声钻进水里。我自己漂了一会儿，对游泳还是没敢觉。我想了一个办法，利用螺旋桨的原理来把自己身子往前推。我用手和脚向一个方向转，果然身体慢慢地移动。我爸爸看见我漂过来，就教我打水和划水，可是我越划越往下沉，一着急，我快速地打水，没想到我竟游了上来，慢慢地我试着往前游，不错，我好像入门了。
Today, my family went swimming in the swimming pool. We came to the swimming pool. There are so many people in the pool! I put on the swimming ring and popped into the water. I drifted for a while, still not daring to swim. I figured out a way to use the principle of propeller to push myself forward. I used my hands and feet to turn in the same direction, as expected, my body moved slowly. When my father saw me floating, he taught me to draw water and paddle. But as I rowed deeper and deeper, in a hurry, I drew water quickly. Unexpectedly, I swam up. Slowly, I tried to swim forward. Yes, I seemed to be getting started.
