今天是星期四，我们顶着炎热的太阳，举行了一场别开生面的呼啦圈比赛。

正在这时，老师说：“预备——开始！”同学们八仙过海，各显神通。我也不例外，使劲一晃动，哗啦圈也跟着我扭动的节奏晃动起来。我一失手腰被呼啦圈打着了，只好被淘汰了。再看看别人还转的起劲，心里惭愧极了！

一会儿，又有一个一个的同学被淘汰了。我心里总是害怕我们二组输了。可是场上还有我们组的两人在坚持，只见解家雨和胡新涛满头大汗，不停地转着呼啦圈。老师怕他们体力承受不起，只好善罢甘休。

After a while, another student was eliminated. I'm always afraid that our two groups lost. But there are still two people in our group who insist on it. Xie Jiayu and Hu Xintao are sweating and turning hula hoops. The teacher was afraid that they could not bear the physical strength, so he had to give up.

紧接着我们又开始了攻击战。我和胡新涛比赛，说好三局两胜，前两局结果胡新涛都把我打得落花流水，我便败下阵来。最后一次我们两败俱伤。

Then we started the attack again. I competed with Hu Xintao and said that he won two games in three games. In the first two games, Hu Xintao beat me to pieces, and I was defeated. For the last time, we both lost.
