我爱跑步

我爱跑步，这是我的爱好，也是我最喜欢的运动。

I love running. It's my hobby and my favorite sport.

我喜欢在早晨的时候，呼吸着新鲜的空气，沿着小路慢跑，小鸟在树上叽叽喳喳的向我问好。跑累了，就躺在草地上看白云，一会儿变成威猛的龙，一会儿变成奔跑的马，过了一会儿又变成了一只可爱的兔子。我更喜欢在操场上与同学赛跑，风儿迎面吹来，仿佛在耳边唱起了加油歌，让我更加兴奋，不断向前冲！

I like in the morning, breathing the fresh air, jogging along the path, birds chirping in the tree to say hello to me. When I'm tired of running, I lie on the grass and look at the white clouds. After a while, I become a mighty dragon, a running horse and a lovely rabbit. I prefer to race with my classmates in the playground. The wind blows in front of me, as if singing a cheering song in my ear, which makes me more excited and keep rushing forward!

跑步不仅让人锻炼身体，而且能够磨炼人的意志和毅力，让人觉得它很有趣。我爱跑步。

Running is not only for people to exercise, but also for people's will and perseverance. It's very interesting. I love running.
