LONDON, June 27 -- World No. 1 Caroline Wozniacki suffered fourth round exit as the 21-year-old Dane was defeated by the 24th seed Dominika Cibulkova from Slovakia on Monday.
Wozniacki dominated the opening set 6-1 but Cibulkova fought back to win the following two sets 7-6 (5), 7-5.
Cibulkova, 22, will meet fifth seed Maria Sharapova in the quarterfinals as the Russian ace beat the world No. 20 Peng Shuai from China 6-4, 6-2 earlier.
