二00二学年英语科教研总结
本学年英语科教研工作是围绕区教研室二00二年工作的总体目标，并以市、区教育局和教研室工作意见为依据，结合我校的科研课题和实际情况来展开工作的。在科组老师积极参与，大胆创新和共同努力下，取得较大的成绩。下面小结本学年英语科组的工作情况。
一、积极学习理论、业务知识。
加强理论学习，学习关于基础教育改革与发展的有关文章：《英语课程标准》，《基础教育课程改革纲要》，《发展性评价》等，通过学习现代课堂教育的原则、原理、方法，提高自身的理论水平，促进教学水平的提高。
二、 积极参加、开展教研、教改活动。
由于本学期一年级、三年级开设英语科程，因此，教研工作重点放在探讨低段英语的教学策略和教学方法上。积极参加市、区、学区的教研活动，听观摩课；并在校内开展以"任务型"教学途径为核心的课堂教学模式等教研动。在研究课的教学中注意渗透了环境教育。同时，结合学校"以评促学"实验研究课题，制定出本科组的研究专题《如何通过评价促进学生学习英语英语的主体性》，并在教学过程中探索、交流有效的教法和评价方式。使老师们互相学习，互相研讨，共同进步。此外，欧丽芳、廖巧珍老师还参加外教口语培训班，提高自己的口语表达能力和教学能力。
三、 开展各种竞赛活动，促进师生共同进步。
本学年第一、第二学期我校举行了三 、六年级的竞赛活动，以促进学生的学习。六年级还参加了首届"英语周报杯"听力竞赛。共有7人获奖，其中一等奖2名，二等奖4名，三等奖1名。科组老师在英语明珠杯初赛、竞赛期间，也进行校内教学技能竞赛。互相交流教法，取长补短。
四、 聘请外籍教师，丰富学生的语言学习。
为了给学生提供更多的英语学习的机会，学校聘请外籍教师参与教学，大多数的学生都喜欢外教上课，并积极参与学习，收到较好的学习效果。
