练台拳道

星期六的早上，小闹钟把我从睡梦中惊醒，我一看，哎呀，都8点钟了，我8点半还要练台拳道了，我赶快穿好衣服，洗完脸，随便吃了一点妈妈给我准备好的早点，穿上台拳道服装，大踏步地向学校走去。

On Saturday morning, the little alarm clock woke me up from my sleep. When I saw it, it was 8 o'clock. I had to practice Boxing at 8:30. I dressed quickly, washed my face, ate the breakfast my mother had prepared for me, put on the boxing clothes, and walked to school.

这时同学们和老师已经开始做准备活动了，我飞快地跑进队列中去，老师说：“以后要来早点来哦！”我点点头，然后就开始练习了。练了一会儿，我感到又热又累，老师让压腿的时候，我实在没劲了压不动了，老师说坚持就是胜利，我又鼓足了勇力。终于下课了，我像完成了一件很大的任务。

At this time, the students and the teacher have started to do the preparatory activities. I quickly ran into the queue. The teacher said, "come early in the future!" I nodded, and then I began to practice. After practising for a while, I felt hot and tired. When the teacher let me press my legs, I really had no energy to press. The teacher said that persistence is victory. I summoned up courage again. Finally, class is over. I seem to have finished a big task.
