今天下午一放学，我就和爸爸一起去弘一艺术教育中心去练压腿。
This afternoon, as soon as school is over, I will go to Hongyi art education center with my father to practice leg pressing.
老师放着优美的歌声，我们听到歌声就练起了压腿。老师先叫我们躺在垫子上，脚抬起来，然后老师把我们的腿往下压，右腿去贴右耳，左腿去贴左耳，还不能弯呢。刚开始有点痛，可是练一会就不痛了。有些同学受不了就哭了，我没有哭。
The teacher put on the beautiful song, we heard the song on the practice of legs. First, the teacher told us to lie on the mat and lift our feet. Then the teacher pressed our legs down, right leg to right ear, left leg to left ear. We can't bend yet. It hurt a little at first, but it won't hurt after a while. Some students can't stand crying, I didn't cry.
我练压腿练得很开心，因为我的舞蹈基本功又得到了提高。
I am very happy to practice leg pressing because my basic dance skills have been improved.
