As the form reflects， with the Beijing 2008 Olympic Games’ drawing nearer and nearer， some positive changes have taken place。

Nowadays， in contrast， we spend more of our time doing physical exercise， for which one hour is arranged every day。 We， along with our teachers， organize some outdoor events。 Having realized that a sound body can， in turn， help us to learn more productively， we ourselves begin to pay close attention to our physical health。
