One day, a circus comes to the town.
“Let‘s go to see the circus.” Bonk says.
“I love cotton candy.”
“I like the elephants.” Lurk says.
“The clowns are funny.” Judy says.
“Do we have money?” Judy asks.
Bonk has one pennies and a rock.
Lurk has a button.
Judy’s pockets are empty.
“What should we do?” Bonk asks.
“Let‘s have a lemonade stand.” Bonk says.
“And we can earn money.”
So, the monsters cut the lemons. They add water and sugar.
They wait and wait.
But no one comes.
“None of them is thirsty.” Lurk says and cries.
“Maybe they’re hungry.” Judy says.
“Let‘s have a pizza stand.”
So, the monsters make the crust.
They add sauce and cheese.
They wait and wait.
But this time is the same. No one is hungry.
“None of them is hungry!” Lurk shouts.
At this moment, a monkey runs by.
He climbs up a tree.
The leader of the circus chases behind him.
“Come back!” He shouts.
Monkey sets on a tall tree and laugh.
“Can you help me?” The leader asks.
Bonk has an idea.
He puts a piece of the pizza in the plate.
And put some lemonade in the glass.
He put the plate and the glass under the tree.
Monkey climbs down from the tree.
He starts to eat the pizza, and drink the lemonade.
“BURP!” The monkey says.
And then, he come back to the circus.
“Thank you!” The leader says.
“Would you like to come to the circus with me?”
“Of course!” Bonk, Judy, and Lurk say it together.
“Then follow the monkey!” The leader says.
