ROME, March 23 -- Adriano was reported to have agreed a deal with Brazilian club Corinthians after terminating his contract with Roma.
The former Inter striker joined Roma on a free transfer in the summer, but barely played due to fitness and form issues.
After repeatedly delaying his return from holiday in Brazil and missing appointments with club doctors, Adriano terminated his contract with Roma by mutual consent.
He is seeking a return to his homeland and according to the latest reports has found his destination.
It's claimed he reached an agreement with Corinthians after a meeting in Rio de Janeiro and will finalise the deal on Friday.
