“我送你离开，千里之外，你无声黑白……”一首《千里之外》唱遍大江南北，把周杰伦这个演艺界的大众宠儿又一次推向了时尚的最高潮。耳边响起这熟悉的旋律，眼前总会闪过一张充满活力的年轻脸庞。但是你知道吗？还有一个与此形象大相径庭却又家喻户晓的人物，也曾演绎过这首流行音乐——著名的中央电视台播音员：罗京。

这个广受人们爱戴的播音员，其实也有着不为人知的另一面。08年1月20日，综艺节目《欢乐中国行》中，一贯严谨的罗京一展歌喉，大唱《千里之外》。将这首时尚的歌曲演绎得酣畅淋漓。看着他那投入的表情、醉人的微笑，俨然是一个追赶时尚浪潮的“时尚达人”。我简直不能相信自己的眼睛！这还是那个严肃的播音员吗？惊讶之余，我才想到：原来他也和我们一样，拥有一份感知和追逐时尚的热情。

但是，他的工作不允许他以这样的形象出现在我们面前。一时间，各种各样的批评潮水般涌来。是啊，他是国家形象的代表，华夏之音的传达者。这份沉甸甸的责任，不允许他做出哪怕一丝的改变。于是，日复一日，年复一年，他又变回从前的那个庄重严肃的罗京了。直到08年8月31日，从那天之后，他就彻底从电视上消失了。一道不幸的消息传来：因为身患淋巴癌，罗京不得不离开《资讯联播》的播音室，入院治疗。

10个月后，把自己的一生都献给播音事业的优秀播音员罗京与世长辞，永远地离开了他所钟爱的播音事业，离开了亿万喜爱他的广大观众。

He made great sacrifices because of his work and public image. Today, he left us forever. Looking at the numerous tributes and blessings, I suddenly realized that Luo Jing's composure, preciseness, courage to sacrifice and forbearance were not inferior to those of Zhou Dong.
