&Gently, I left. Just as I came to.. &Mr. Xu Zhimo's poem "farewell to Kangqiao" arouses our thinking of farewell.

In the works of ancient and modern poets, farewell is often a kind of reluctant, a kind of sad feeling. &What a sad farewell it is! &What a lost farewell it is to leave a horse line over the snow! However, I don't like this kind of reluctant farewell. What I prefer is the open-minded farewell of friends in the sea and neighbors in the world. Because farewell is actually another new beginning of life.

When Edison left caring for his mother to find work everywhere, his farewell to his mother meant the beginning of Edison's invention career; when Bill Gates left his hometown Seattle to set up Microsoft company elsewhere, his farewell to his hometown meant a new start of his business; when Lu Xun gave up medicine and returned to China to start his writing career, it was with him Mr. Fujino's farewell means another beginning of his life journey. It can be seen that saying goodbye to the old means the beginning of a new thing, so saying goodbye is not a sad thing.

However, not everyone can face farewell with an open mind. Many people will forget the new beginning after the farewell because they are too sad to say goodbye. These people are often too nostalgic for the past, so they can't face new people and new things, so they can't talk about a new start.

Everyone's life will be met with farewell and so on. People will say goodbye to classmates and friends, parents and relatives. If we take these farewells as a new beginning, we can go better in the future life. There are countless great people and celebrities in history who have provided us with examples: Helen said goodbye to deafness and hoarseness and became a blind woman writer and social activist; the Wright brothers said goodbye to the playing bamboo dragonfly, but invented the airplane; Hawking said goodbye to the incurable pain and wrote a brief history of time. Therefore, as long as we treat farewell with broad mind and tenacious perseverance, success may be beckoning to you.

Farewell to the past, you will usher in a new start, your future will be better.
