中学生应该如何去学习综述

我是一名中学生，我发现中学阶段的学生普遍存在着一个严重问题：大部分学生小学的学习成绩都十分优异，但上了中学后，有些学生的学习成绩一直都不是很理想，难道是智力因素吗？不，我觉得影响学习有几方面的原因。

I find that there is a serious problem in middle school students: most of them have excellent grades in primary school, but after they go to middle school, some students' grades are not very ideal. Are they intellectual factors? No, I think there are several reasons that affect learning.

首先，我们应培养自己对每一科科目的兴趣。兴趣既可帮助我们提高学习效率，又可激发起我们的积极性。只要我们培养好兴趣，就意味着成绩将会有所提高，我们可多听取亲朋好友或老师讲的一些关于学好科目的主要方法。上课认真听讲，可以从正确回答中得到鼓励与树立信心。

First of all, we should cultivate our interest in each subject. Interest can not only help us improve our learning efficiency, but also stimulate our enthusiasm. As long as we cultivate good interests, it means that our scores will be improved. We can listen to more about the main methods of learning subjects from our relatives, friends or teachers. Listening carefully in class can encourage and build confidence from correct answers.

当然，制定一个切合自己实际情况的计划也是非常重要的，学习计划在我们学习课本内容中有很大的帮助。它是辅助我们掌握课本知识的重要方式之一。如果我们每天依照自己的学习计划实施下去，不但可以认真学好知识，还能养成良好的学习习惯。

如果我们想把学习效率提高，也应端正学习态度。有些学生上课搞小动作，违反课堂纪律，不认真听课，导致他们的学习成绩一落千丈。那么，为了提高学习成绩，我们应用什么策略呢？那就是端正学习态度。上课专心听讲，积极消化课堂内容。这对提高我们的学习成绩是至关重要的。

在学习中，我们也应掌握好学习方法。我们班上有许多爱学习的同学，但不管他们怎样努力，学习成绩还是没提高。这是怎么回事呢？原来，这是学习方法不正确。那我们应该怎样做呢？第一，学会投入。投入是学习过程中不可缺少的方式之一。它既可增强学习记忆，又可容易引发我们的思维。例如：专心一致地上课，不受外界影响等等。第二，课后复习。课后复习上课所学的知识，能帮助我们对课本内容掌握更深刻，了解更具体。第三，善于总结。总结内容是学习中必不可少的。它可提高我们对知识的分析性，有助于我们的辩识能力大大提高，以及有利于我们更好地巩固并掌握课本知识。

我们都知道，提高学习成绩的因素数不胜数。但是我确信，如果我们能正确地培养兴趣，认真地制定切合自己的计划，努力地端正学习态度，积极地掌握学习方法以及充分复习等。那么我们的学习成绩一定会有很大的提高。

But I am sure that if we can cultivate our interest correctly, make a plan that suits us, try our best to correct our learning attitude, master the learning method actively and review fully, etc. Then our academic performance will be greatly improved.
