在社区活动站的日子

“全村中、小学生注意啦，请立刻到村委会集合。”暑假里的一天，正当我看电视看得入神的时候，村委会的广播响了起来。我极不情愿地关掉电视，穿好鞋子走了出去，边走边想：“又有什么事呀？”

"The whole village and primary school students are paying attention. Please come to the village committee at once." One day in the summer vacation, just as I was absorbed in watching TV, the radio of the village committee rang. I reluctantly turned off the TV, put on my shoes and walked out, thinking, "what's the matter?"

等我走到村委会的时候，偌大的会议室里早已坐满了孩子们。主席台上，退休老教师王大爷正在讲话：“刚放暑假，小孩子整天呆在家里也不是个事情。我们关工会与村委会商量，准备把你们分成几个小组开展系列活动。今天我们即将举行的是拼图比赛。”“哇，太好了，我可要拿个第一。”我激动得一蹦三尺高。

When I got to the village committee, the huge meeting room was already full of children. On the rostrum, Mr. Wang, a retired teacher, was speaking: "it's not a matter for children to stay at home all day just after the summer vacation. Our customs union will discuss with the village committee and prepare to divide you into several groups to carry out a series of activities. Today we are going to have a jigsaw puzzle "Wow, that's great. I'll take the first place." I was so excited that I jumped three feet.

不一会儿，我们一大群人便被分成了几个小组，每个小组前都放了一块被弄乱的拼图。“这下我可要小试身手了。”我心里想。虽然，我们这一小组面对的是一块很大的拼图，但我们有信心以最快的速度完成。“加油！”我们全组一起为自己打气。

In a short time, a large group of us were divided into several groups, and each group put a piece of puzzle in front of it. "Now I'm going to try my hand." I thought to myself. Although our group is facing a big puzzle, we are confident to finish it as soon as possible. "Come on!" We all cheer for ourselves.

铃声一响，比赛开始了，各组同学们紧张而有条不紊地忙碌着。因为我们完美的配合，不一会儿就拼好了一半。这时，我抬头看看其他各组，有的手忙脚乱，而有的组却已经完成了一大半了！我不禁紧张起来，心里一紧张，手就有点不听使唤，图片也总是拿错。眼看时间就要到了，我越来越着急。同伴们见我这个样子，马上对我说：“不要急，还有时间，慢慢来。我们来又不是为了来拿第一，而是来图个快乐！”我一想：对呀，我为什么非要拿个第一不可呢。于是乎，我又平静了下来，一切又都恢复了正常。没过多久，一幅新的拼图诞生了。看着自己和同伴们合作完成的成果，我们心里乐开了花。尽管比赛我们没有能够拿到第一，但我们都很开心。

As soon as the bell rang, the competition began, and the students in each group were busy in an intense and orderly manner. Because of our perfect cooperation, we soon finished half of it. At this time, I look up at other groups, some of them are in a hurry, while some of them have finished more than half of them! I can't help getting nervous. When I get nervous, I don't listen to my hands. I always take the wrong pictures. Seeing that the time is coming, I am more and more anxious. When my friends saw me like this, they immediately said to me, "don't worry. There is still time. Take your time.". We're not here to be the first, but to be happy! " I thought: Yes, why do I have to take the first place. So I calmed down again and everything was back to normal. Before long, a new jigsaw was born. Looking at the results of cooperation between ourselves and our partners, we are happy. Although we didn't get the first place in the game, we were all very happy.
