圣灯山探险游

今年夏天，我和爸爸、妈妈、爷爷、奶奶等一行人去登圣灯山。

This summer, my father, mother, grandfather, grandmother and I went to mount shengdeng mountain.

圣灯山海拔有1064米，是重庆巴南区第一高峰，古木苍翠，郁郁葱葱。这里因为植被葱茏，空气清新，夏季气温较市区低约2—5摄氏度，是避暑踏青的好地方。山中有好多很险又很好玩的景点，蛇脱壳、铁门槛、狗钻洞等，我早就向往着去登山了。

Shengdeng mountain, 1064 meters high, is the highest peak in Banan District of Chongqing, with verdant ancient trees. Because of the lush vegetation and fresh air, the temperature in summer is about 2-5 ℃ lower than that in urban area, which is a good place for summer outing. There are many dangerous and interesting scenic spots in the mountain, such as snake shelling, iron threshold, dog drilling, etc. I have long been looking forward to climbing.

我们是从东山入口出发的。刚过山门，就下了一场阵雨，空气非常清新、凉爽。走了一段环山道，天晴了。因为下过一场雨，山路不但很陡，很窄，而且很滑，我们就小心翼翼地爬山。首先到达的是老庙坪，我们在老庙坪那里休息了一会儿，然后接着爬山。走了一段路，发现山路有点险，两边都是悬崖，到处长着树木和杂草，一不小心就会摔下去。我们只有拉着岩石上钉的铁拉手爬上去，就象攀岩一样，我们齐心协力终于过了最险的地方。

We started from the entrance of Dongshan mountain. Just after the mountain gate, there was a shower. The air was very fresh and cool. After a walk around the mountain, it was fine. Because it rained, the mountain road was not only steep, narrow, but also slippery. We climbed carefully. First we arrived at laomiaoping, where we rested for a while, and then climbed the mountain. After walking for a while, I found that the mountain road is a little dangerous. There are cliffs on both sides. There are trees and weeds growing in it, and it will fall down accidentally. We can only climb up by holding the iron nails on the rock, just like climbing. We have worked together and finally passed the most dangerous place.

走了十多分钟，来到了蛇脱壳。蛇脱壳是一个从上往下的蛇形的石洞，出口很窄，两块大石头中间有一条扁扁的石缝。蛇脱壳可不是每个人都过得去的，腰围必须在两尺四以下才能过去。奶奶是第一个下去的，快出来的时候，奶奶被岩石卡住了，因为她比较胖，上也上不来，下也下不去。后来不知是谁拉了奶奶一下，奶奶又深深地吸了一口气，最后是顺利地拉出来了。第二个人是爸爸，爸爸稍微有点胖，要出洞的时候，爸爸假装使劲地喊叫，假装出不来，逗得大家哈哈大笑。第三个是我弟弟的爸爸，他在出洞的时候也像我爸爸一样，假装被卡住了，假装在那里喊着出不来，最后也是出来了；我妈妈比较瘦，所以顺利地过去了；我个子很小，我钻了两次，象小老鼠一样轻松地钻了过去。蛇脱壳真是太有趣了！

After walking for more than ten minutes, the snake came out of its shell. Snake shelling is a snake shaped cave from top to bottom with a narrow exit. There is a flat stone gap between the two big stones. It's not easy for everyone to get rid of a snake's shell. The waist must be under two feet and four to pass. Grandma was the first one to go down. When she came out, grandma was stuck by the rock because she was fat and couldn't go up or down. Later, I don't know who pulled grandma for a while. Grandma took a deep breath and finally pulled it out smoothly. The second person is Dad. Dad is a little fat. When he wants to go out of the hole, he pretends to shout hard, pretends not to come out, and makes everyone laugh. The third one is my brother's father. He pretended to be stuck when he went out of the hole, just like my father, pretending that he could not shout out there, and finally came out. My mother was thinner, so she passed away smoothly. I was very small, and I drilled twice, as easily as a mouse. How interesting it is for a snake to take off its shell!

接下来我们又走了十几分钟，来到了舍身岩。那里也是很像攀岩一样，钉着许多铁拉手让我们爬上去，如果觉得太危险，可以走边上的安全小路。我是先上去的，后面有人保护我，我一点儿也不害怕。舍身岩是圣灯山的最高点，虽然我看不到这座山的全景，但给我的感觉就像是在仙境一样。后来我们又到了铁门槛，铁门槛就是石岭中有条裂缝，断开成大约一米的缺口。那里也有许多铁钉钉在石头上，我们就拉着钉的东西顺利地走过了。胆子大的人也可以跳过去。接下来我们还游览了许多地方，经过了许多险路，大家平平安安、快快乐乐地走过了这些险路，时间不多了，我们也就下山了。

Then we walked for more than ten minutes to the sacrificial rock. It's also very similar to climbing, nailing a lot of iron handles to let us climb up. If it's too dangerous, we can take a safe path on the side. I went up first. I was protected by someone behind me. I was not afraid at all. Sacrificial rock is the highest point of shengdeng mountain. Although I can't see the panorama of the mountain, it gives me the feeling of being in fairyland. Later, we went to the iron threshold. The iron threshold is a crack in the stone ridge, which breaks into a gap of about one meter. There were also many nails on the stone, and we walked by with the nails. Brave people can jump over. Next, we also visited many places and passed many dangerous roads. We passed these dangerous roads safely and happily. Time is running out and we will go down the mountain.

由于时间不够，我们就没有去玩西山。下一次，我还要到圣灯山去玩，要完完全全的领略它的惊险和美丽。

Due to lack of time, we didn't go to play Xishan. Next time, I will go to shengdeng mountain to enjoy its breathtaking beauty.
