Last summer vacation, I went to Jiuzhaigou for a tour. I saw many Tibetans holding something like a rattle in their hands. After many inquiries, I know this thing is called a warping tube. I like it very much, so I bought one.
The Sutra tube is used by Tibetan monks to chant sutras. There is a sharp thing on the top of it. There are four plastic blocks beside it. It's very lifelike! There are several words beside the plastic gem that I can't recognize, no matter how I think about them. In the middle of the plastic gem and the unrecognizable words, there is a long iron chain. One end of the iron chain is in the warping cylinder, and the other end has something like a water drop. It turns fast. Most of the colors of the warping tube are yellow and brown. In addition to the above two colors, there are a small amount of red, green and purple.
I like the warping cylinder, its lifelike fake gem, its unrecognizable writing, its pointed top. Shaking it, I feel as if I am in the ancient and magical land of Tibet.
