“洁癖”们看过来,关于“打扫卫生”的词汇也有讲究!

Wash, dust和sweep是一些非常有用的词语，因为我们都喜欢一个整洁的房子！一起来看看还有哪些与清洁有关的动词吧。

动词 to clean意为通过清洗或者擦拭来除尘。

I clean my home every weekend.

Sweep, mop and vacuum

当我们说清洁地板时使用 sweep和 mop。

To sweep指的是用扫帚清扫地板上的灰尘。

Please sweep the floor every day. 动词 to mop指的是用拖把拖地板。名词mop指拖把，一种在一根棍子的末端装上一排棉条或者海绵的工具。

I mop the floor using soap and water once a month. 如果我们想要清洁地毯，会使用词语‘vacuum’。'To vacuum'指用吸尘器清洁某物。

Vacuum the carpet once the kids leave! They always make a mess.

Dust, scrub or wipe

Dust, scrub和 wash是不同的清理方式。

To dust意为清除表面的灰尘。

Don’t forget to dust the shelves when you clean the house. 当我们清理某物，通常是用力擦拭污渍、污垢时，使用词语scrub。我们可以使用工具来清扫，比如刷子或者海绵。如果某物非常脏，我们也常搭配香皂和水。

The cleaner had to scrub the floor to remove the stains. 我们也用wipe来表达清理表面，包括家具和窗户。我们可以用干布或者湿布清理。

I had to wipe the coffee table after she spilled her drink.

Wash and tidy

我们使用词语 wash来表达洗碗、洗衣服或者洗车。

Wash意为用水和香皂清理某物。

我们也可以用wash来表达清洗身体的某一部位，如手、腿或者头发。

I will wash the dishes and the dirty clothes this weekend. I have to wash my car before I go to work. Tid是指让物品整洁有序。如果某物看起来tidy，那么它应该是干净整齐的。
